Email setup is included. Your mailbox subscription is billed by the provider you choose, such as Zoho Mail, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, so it can cost more depending on the provider and how many inboxes you need. Domain and hosting are also paid at cost. 50% to start, 50% before launch.
What does Advida actually do?
We run everything digital for your business: logo, branding, website, professional email, email signatures and the systems that handle your day-to-day. You bring the ideas. We’re the executor.
Is the design made with AI?
No. Every logo and brand is drawn by hand, backed by years of experience. We use AI where it saves you time after launch, like answering common customer questions, always with you in the loop.
What happens after launch?
We don’t leave you hanging. Every package includes a full month of support: questions, fixes to what we built, and help getting used to it. After that, Care plans are there if you want us to keep it running.
I already have a business. Do I need a new logo?
Not unless you want one. Book a Plate Check: we look at everything on your plate and tell you what to fix first. The fee comes off any package you book within 30 days.
Who owns the accounts and files?
You do. Your domain, email, website and social accounts are set up in your name, and the final files are yours once paid in full.
Are there other costs?
Third-party costs like your domain, hosting and AI usage are paid at cost and listed in every quote, so there are no surprises.
Why can email cost more?
We set your email up as part of the package. The mailbox subscription itself is billed by the provider you choose, such as Zoho Mail, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Prices differ by provider and by how many inboxes you need, so we show you the options before anything is bought.
